Defined Terms: Throughout this Acceptable Use Policy, the terms ?we,? ?our? and ?us? (and any other forms of those words) mean Starbucks Coffee Company and the terms ?you? and ?your? (and other forms of those words) mean the individual using this Site. Other terms are defined in the glossary of the Site.
User ID/Password Use: To gain access to the Site, your application must be authorized by the Market Business Partner for whom you work and approved by us. Then, we will issue you a user id and password to access the Site. We may at any time and for any reason we deem appropriate suspend or terminate your access to the Site. You acknowledge and agree that the user id and password are personal to you and may only be used by you. We reserve the right to require you to periodically change your password. You agree to exercise reasonable care and control to maintain the security of your user id, password, and account with us (collectively, ?Account Information?). You shall not disclose your Account Information to anyone else, you shall not permit any other party to use your Account Information, and you shall not use anyone else?s Account Information. You agree to notify us immediately about any unauthorized use of your Account Information or any known or suspected breach of security.
Accuracy of Application Data: You agree to: (a) provide certain current, complete, true and accurate information as required to complete any application that may be required in the course of your using the Site; and (b) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate (collectively the ?Application Data?). You hereby grant us the right to use your Application Data and other data and information for the purposes described in this Acceptable Use Policy and in furtherance of your use of the Site. You represent and warrant that any Application Data and any other information you provide to us by means of the Site or otherwise is complete, truthful and accurate.
Content of the Site: The Site will contain certain information about our system, including for example our confidential operations manuals, store details, and related information. You may also find additional information about our system on the Site, and we will have the right to revise the content or discontinue operating the Site at any time. You may cite or refer to the information on the Site and make and retain copies of the information on the Site solely for the purpose of performing your duties for your Market Business Partner. You also may, and should, retain a copy of this Acceptable Use Policy for your records. Except as expressly authorized in this Policy, you agree not to duplicate, download, publish, disclose, modify, or otherwise distribute or make available to any other party any material on the Site. All information posted or made available on the Site is considered our confidential information and you must keep it confidential. We post legal notices and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed even in your permitted copies.
Hypertext Links: You understand that if we provide hypertext links to other websites, we are not responsible for those sites, do not endorse the proprietors of those sites, and cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of the information on those sites.
Security, Cracking and Hacking: You shall not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site.
